Duncan Phillips have handled residential and commercial management for more than
30 years.
The company manages a portfolio of 600+ units as well as 70 blocks of flats and
offices together.
Service Charge
A team of five manage approximately 70 blocks of properties across most of England.
Our portfolio consists of the following: day to day property management, large insurance
portfolio, individual bank accounts for each managed property, 24 Hour Response
services, 24 Hour emergency contact line, ground rent collections and residential
/ commercial rent collections.
Residential Management
Whilst the company has seen a drop off in the amount of properties we manage, due
to the economic climate we still manage a large portfolio across the whole of London,
Essex and Hertfordshire.
Commercial Management
The company has a team of three staff collecting commercial rents on all forms of
commercial investments.
Ground Rents
A team of three people manage a vast portfolio of ground rents which involve not
only the collection of ground rents and insurance but also the handling of lease
extensions, disputes etc.
Insurance
The Company has bespoke policy that has developed over the past 20 years to cover
all eventualities and the policy is specially written for landlords. We are Financial
Services Authority (FSA) registered.
Accounts
The company has a team of three staff headed off by Financial Controller, Margaret
Taylor, and the company's accounts procedure operates within the RICS Code of Conduct.
