Duncan Phillips are an experienced company in the handling of all forms of property management.
The company currently manage a portfolio in excess of 6,000 units, 60 blocks of flats, with a make up of residential A.S.T and requested tenants, offices, factory's and ware-houses, industrial estates, long and short term ground rents.
The company also has its own insurance department with a bespoke policy for properties that we manage.
